Beginner Rope with Claire February

$90 for 1 * 3hr session for couples

An introductory 101 rope class designed for people new to rope and those who want to learn connective tieing without suspension lines and lastly and most importantly safety knowledge.

My style lends from a mix of western and shibari tieing styles plus a little of my own unique flair.

Body mechanics in rope

This event is for a 3hr session for couples only

What to bring

• A rope model
• 3 *8m lengths of Rope, otherwise rope will be available to borrow or purchase.
• Water bottle, sugar, snacks

I also advise wearing comfy clothes suitable for sitting on the floor and tying or being tied in, typically gym or yoga style
